Volunteer Application

Red Wing XII will take place June 20-22, 2025. Volunteer shifts are available June 18-23, 2025. Shifts may start as early as 7:00AM and end as late as 2:00AM. For information on the specific Volunteer shifts and crews, please review the Volunteer General Information Sheet. You can submit schedule requests within the application, but keep in mind, to be fair we try to schedule each person on one morning, one afternoon, and one evening shift.

Please click “VOLUNTEER APPLICATION 2025” below and submit one application for each person applying to volunteer.

To complete your application, please pay your $50 refundable deposit by going to our ticket page, selecting the “Volunteer Deposit” ticket and purchasing. The Volunteer Deposit ticket is located beneath the admission tickets. You will receive an email within 2 weeks of paying your deposit confirming your volunteer acceptance.
