Stokesville Campground is a hidden delight for RV or tent campers. Located just 4 miles down the road from the Festival, with free shuttles running every 20 minutes, you’ll find this festival-only campground to offer the perfect blend of festival energy and great access to outdoor adventure. From breathtaking views, to hiking and mountain bike trails that stretch from the campground deep into George Washington National Forest, it’s not only a beautiful spot but it is also full of outdoor experiences. In addition, JMU’s planetarium is located at the campground and will be open during the weekend for festival-goers. Last year nearly 300 campers stayed at Stokesville and the reviews were great. With a few constructive critiques addressed, this year promises to be even better. Come for one night or stay for all three!
